I received my new Joy-Pi Advanced today. The included SD card does not work - using it, my Pi4 does not start up at all. I downloaded a fresh Pi OS to my own card(s) then added your software manually. I constantly get the message "Your Joy-Pi could not be detected", when I run the software. I have enabled i2c and SPI using sudo raspi-config. I have made sure the Pi4 is connected properly. I have fitted the board connector for the Pi in the correct position. I have tried 3 SD cards, some of them twice. Nothing. 

Please advise next steps.

I2C detect shows that it is enabled. 3f is an LCD display that I connect to 5V and the I2C pins. I have used three SD cards, different Pi OS, and the sudo nano /etc/sudoers solution. I have also checked that SPI is enabled, as well as disabling it, rebooting, enabling it and rebooting.

Still getting this...

Saturday/Sunday update

Finally got it working a bit with an old 32bit Bookworm OS. However, every time I open the software, the libraries try to load, even if I close the Terminal script. Left overnight, the process didn't finish... At least a third of the demos in the Knowledge Base don't work. Every couple of hours, the whole thing crashes completely. When it does work - just a bit - scrolling up and down the screen is very slow. Looking forward to receiving some advice. Thank you.

dieses Problem ist uns bisher nicht bekannt, werden wir aber sicher lösen können! Könntest du noch einmal ein Foto hochladen, wo man das gesamte Board des Joy-Pi Advanced erkennen kann?
