Is it possible to get an adapter or something like that from HDMI/Mini-HDMI to Micro-HDMI so the Joy-Pi can be used with the new RaspberryPi 4 aswell?

Yes, there will be an adapter for micro HDMI. We are working on this and announce it overhere, when it's available.
