Hello,

sorry for the problem with your Joy-Pi. It seems to be a hardware defect. Please send the device with a copy of the invoice and a description of the problem to your reseller, or if you are in Germany you can send it directly back to us (Simac Electronics Handel GmbH Pascalstr. 8 47506 Neukirchen-Vluyn). You will then receive a new device or if possible  your old one will be repaired.
